The 5D: Future of Immersive Design conference needed an updated website to match the new color palette and edgy style. Last year, I did the website in PHP without any administration system. This year, in addition to redesigning the new website, I created a custom Wordpress theme and installation so they can manage their own content, photos, and forum.

RMI needed some design modifications to their existing site, without spending the time and money for an entire site redesign. With the existing narrow and out-of-date HTML structure converted to extensible PHP with a new XHTML/CSS framework, the new site makes use of wider screen resolutions and modern graphic touches. Includes new Flash slideshows, Javascript/jquery content display, an updated home page design, and integration of an external dispatch updating system. I provided primary design and XHTML/CSS services.

'Stripped' is an independent documentary chronicling the journey of photographer Greg Friedler as he makes the fourth in his 'Naked' series: Naked Las Vegas. With very a short (days, in fact) turnaround time, the director wanted a clean yet engaging informational site, including a blog, where he, the editor, and the producer could post about the film and users could learn about the people involved and watch the trailer. The site, like the film, is a work in progress and provides the filmmakers with the resources they need to get the word out about the film.
My Life List™ is a startup company local to Venice who needed a simple yet graphically unique social networking website to help people set life goals and share their accomplishments. The site is still in beta stage but is growing quickly. As senior designer at Red Meat, I was responsible for much of the overall look and feel of the site, many page details, and generating the basic HTML/CSS for the site.

Lisa is an amazing illustrator, and she needed a place to show off some of her drawings, paintings and other artistic endeavors. It also includes a Wordpress blog with a custom template designed to match the rest of her sketchbook-themed website.
Most of the sites I do these days are powered by Wordpress, what I believe to be the most flexible and easy to customize blogging software out there. No Accounting For Taste is my personal blog, and the design is quite reflective of my style. Like the site I did for 'Stripped', NAFT is a custom template I created from Wordpress' default theme. I create all my themes individually for each client, and never use stock templates.
The Conga Room is in the process of relocating from their former location on Wilshire Boulevard near La Brea to swanky new digs downtown at L.A. Live, across from the Staples Center. Their old logo felt dated and lacked an overall cohesion that could be pulled together using painted drums and a bold new font. All the exterior signage for the building will incorporate the new logo.

Silver & Freedman, a successful mid-sized Century City law firm specializing in a wide range of industries, had a new logo and needed a new user-friendly and stylish website to match. I contributed as a senior designer on this project, as well as completing all the basic HTML/CSS.

The newly redesigned website for Trapeze Arts, a circus arts school in Oakland, launched in November 2008. Trapeze Arts was a typical small business client in that they had an outdated website that did nothing to reflect their personality, and they had a small budget. The result is a fun yet professional site with a wealth of information for potential and current students who want to learn more about circus arts and the school itself. Through Red Meat Design, I provided design and HTML/CSS services.
